Cancellation Policy

When cancelling your appointment please allow 24 hour notice. This allows other clients to book the time slot. Any appointment cancelled in less than 24 hours is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. A no show no call will be charged 100% of the service. I understand people get sick, accidents happen and emergencies occur. I will do my best to accommodate these rare occasions.
